G2 Advanced Strength and Conditioning is a private conditioning and strength training gym to help people transform their lives. Weight training sessions paired with high intensity interval training (HIIT), endurance, power, and recovery are personally prescribed to your own fitness goals. It can be difficult to find the time and motivation, so we will push you to accomplish your ambitions and past expectations, while we keep you motivated and to standard. Private setting with no judgement and the freedom to push yourself farther than you ever thought possible. We believe in the Gym Jones Philosophy in that the “Mind Is Primary” and the body can do and accomplish anything you set out to obtain.
Summer has been lifting weights and conditioning herself through speed/endurance efforts for approximately 15 plus years, with an extensive back ground in military, law enforcement physical fitness, and a specialty in women’s fitness. While fulfilling a work requirement for a strength training course in college, summer fell in love with the self-discipline and mind set to push her body beyond its limits. Her dreams and career path has always required a high fitness level of conditioning as well as her passion to help others change their lives, which ultimately lead her to open G2 in early 2014. Summer’s personal dedication, experience, and knowledge is what guides others to their goals; THIS is what really sets her apart from many of the “cookie cutter” trainers currently out there. Helping people reach their greatest potential is the ultimate desire of any great coach.
Summer holds a Master’s degree in Science (Summa Cum Laude) and maintains a Level 1 certification through Gym Jones. Currently she is finishing the higher Gym Jones certifications as well as the one year Precision Nutrition (PN1) certification. Her path to knowledge, learning, and putting it into practice will never be quenched as she continues her education by attending a number of seminars and hands on workshops each and every year. This will have the continued benefit of being able to pass ontheoretical or practical understandingof overall health & performance to her clients. Her proficientability to maintain a high standard in her own physical, mental, and nutritional pursuits offers not only a great guideline, but also a model of self-discipline to her clients………..she lives the life she preaches.
